From the Metro Washington Area:

Take Washington Beltway I-495 to I-270 North towards Frederick MD.

Exit I-270 at Exit 6A, MD 28/West Montgomery Ave.

At the top of the ramp, go straight ahead through the traffic light.

You are now on NELSON.

Take NELSON to the first stop sign (CROCUS DR.).

Turn Left onto CROCUS.

At the T intersection with CARNATION, turn LEFT onto CARNATION.

The Rockville Senior Center is 100-150 yards on Carnation on the right.

The Parking lot is in the rear.
