One of the many public displays undertaken by NVNTRAK each year is the Damascus Raildays display at the Damascus, MD library.  Not all of our setups have casts of thousands but they all bring the message of model railroading to the public... Click on the thumbnail pictures to see full-sized versions.  Thanks to Dave Freshwater for the pictures!

By the way, in case it's not obvious, the two rightmost pictures are of a Z scale layout, one half of which is a Christmas layout around a tree, which makes sense, given the time of year of the event...
