In order to maintain this Web site and our club newsletter, “The Call Board” we collect certain personal information about you. We obtain this information from the membership applications and other forms you submit to us and from other sources, such as our Web site. We obtain information such as your name, address, e-mail address and module information, as necessary to perform club activities and to make our services available to you.
2. Personal Information Shared with Others:
NVNTRAK respects your privacy and we will not share personal information we collect about you except with your permission. Currently we share limited personal information required for your national NTRAK membership, and we share the information necessary to provide the NTRAK newsletter to you. We do not permit disclosure of private data to others.

NVNTRAK safeguards personal information contained in both paper and electronic records. Properly securing the information we collect is a primary commitment.
